One Evening Can Make a Lifelong Difference. Hundreds of children in our community are affected by abuse and neglect at the hands of the people who are supposed to cherish them most. But by joining forces with Court Appointed Special Advocates of Kent County you can play a crucial role in redirecting their path to a bright, safe, and promising future.

CASA of Kent County is a non-profit program that empowers everyday citizens to become court appointed advocates in order to act on behalf of abused or neglected children as they pass through the family court system. CASAs advocate on behalf, protect, and give a voice to the most vulnerable among us with the goal of restoring normalcy to the lives of children too young to imagine things any other way. For a child with a CASA, they’ve found an adult who gives resonance to their small voice.

Join us for an evening in support of these children as we celebrate the success of the organization and learn more about how we as a community can help those still in need.

Dream Home 2008.
Grand Rapids Magazine’s Design Home 2008, the 10,000-square-foot octagonal masterpiece features such amenities as a luxurious master bath, in-home sauna, home theater, and even an indoor basketball court. It will be a night of celebrating the children we’ve served and an opportunity to explore new ways the community can join CASA. Last year’s event raised over $30,000 toward that goal and served as our single largest fundraising event.
