The generosity of caring individuals is essential to the success of CASA of Kent County. Supporting one child over the course of a year takes approximately $1,000. Through the compassion of people like you, CASA hopes to almost double the amount of children they are helping year to year.

Cash and Credit Card Donations

Because CASA is a certified 501(c)(3) non-profit, we are in need of community donations of any amount to support the children already affiliated with our program, as well as to meet the significant need for additional CASA services in our community. All donations are tax deductible. An acknowledgement of your donation will be sent within two weeks of receipt of your donation.

Faith-based Giving

Many places of worship will occasionally split tithes for good causes. Be sure to mention CASA to your ministry as an organization that would benefit from congregational gift giving.

Matching Gift Programs

Many employers sponsor corporate matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions that their employees make. Some companies also match gifts made by retirees and spouses of employees. To find out about your employer's matching gift policy and how to have your donation multiplied, contact your company's human resources department.

Additional Needs

We're always looking for small donations that support our volunteers as they enrich the lives of their CASA kids. Little things that go a long way include:

  1. Gas cards to help cover volunteer mileage
  2. School supplies: markers, crayons, pencils, paper, playdough
  3. Tickets/passes for volunteer/child outings including: Children’s Museum, G.R. Public and Art Museums, Meijer Gardens, John Ball Park Zoo, movie theatres, etc.
